Miyako is a shy college student who prefers staying home with her otaku interests. Her younger sister introduces several grade-school classmates, placing Miyako in a social situation she cannot manage gracefully. Attempts to connect through hobbies and cosplay create recurring domestic sketches. The children remain fully capable of questioning the adult in the room.
