Your watch history is yours.

Atsui stores a random browser identifier in a cookie. It connects your library, episode progress, votes, and product interactions to the same browser.

If you create an account, Atsui stores your email address, verification state, public profile, linked sign-in methods, active sessions, library, and episode progress. Passwords are handled by the authentication system and stored as one-way hashes, never as readable text.

Public activity includes your handle, profile text, comments, spoiler choices, and comment timestamps. Reports and moderation records are private to the people who operate Atsui.

Atsui may also record page context, searches, outbound-link activity, browser details, and timestamps to operate the service and understand which features work.

Feedback submissions can include your message, the page you were viewing, browser and viewport details, a selected page element, and an optional screenshot.

Atsui uses this information to save progress across devices, operate accounts and discussions, improve discovery, fix problems, prevent abuse, measure referral performance, and answer requests. Atsui does not sell individual watch histories or use paid relationships to alter organic recommendations.

The browser identifier cookie is necessary for a private library without requiring sign-in. Clearing site data removes that identifier from your browser and may disconnect it from the saved library.

Google sign-in shares the information shown during its consent flow. Email verification and password reset messages are delivered through Atsui's email service. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms.

When you open a streaming, book, or merchandise destination, that site receives the normal information sent by your browser and applies its own privacy policy. Approved referral links may also tell the partner that Atsui sent the visit.

Atsui keeps information while it supports the service, measurement, legal obligations, or abuse prevention. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

You can clear Atsui cookies through your browser. Signed-in users can delete their account from account settings. Deletion removes active account records, profile data, tracking, comments, sessions, and linked feedback. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is required for security or legal compliance.
