Terms for using Atsui.

By using Atsui after these terms take effect, you agree to follow them and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the community features.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If local law requires a higher minimum age or parental permission, that rule also applies.

Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account until you report unauthorized access or secure the account.

Atsui may require email verification, limit repeated access attempts, or revoke sessions to protect accounts and the service.

Atsui provides discovery, watch tracking, episode information, and community discussion. Catalog details and availability can change. Tracking records are a convenience and should not be treated as an official record from a streaming service or rights holder.

Browsing and anonymous tracking can remain available without an account. Public posting requires a verified account and a public handle.

You keep ownership of comments, profile text, and other content you submit. You give Atsui a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and moderate that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Only submit content you have the right to share. You may edit or delete your comments while your account is active. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is required for safety, legal compliance, or abuse investigations.

Do not disrupt Atsui, probe private systems, evade access controls, automate abusive traffic, scrape personal information, or use the service to break the law. Do not impersonate another person or misuse another account.

Community posts must follow the Community Guidelines. Mark later-episode and manga details as spoilers when discussing an episode.

Atsui may hide or remove content and may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or repeatedly disrupt the community. Serious safety issues may lead to immediate action. Attempts to evade an account restriction may receive the same action.

You can report a comment from its episode thread. Questions about an action can be sent through the contact page.

Atsui links to streaming services, shops, and other websites. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. Atsui is not responsible for their content, availability, or transactions.

Some outbound links may earn Atsui a commission. Paid relationships are disclosed and do not change organic ratings or recommendations.

Atsui's software, interface, branding, and original editorial work belong to Atsui or its licensors. Anime titles, artwork, trademarks, and other third-party material belong to their respective owners.

Atsui is provided as available. The service may change, pause, or end, and errors can occur. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Atsui disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Atsui may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top will change when the terms do. Material changes will be presented before they take effect when practical.
