Synopsis
The Anime Lad

Human numbers have declined until only small remnants remain, while ten-inch intelligent fairies occupy the open ecological space. A young woman returns to her hometown and takes her grandfather's role as arbitrator between the groups. She expects difficulty and receives it. Humanity may no longer dominate Earth, but it has retained enough institutional habit to appoint someone responsible for explaining the situation.
