Ristarte, a goddess with limited experience, must save an unusually difficult fantasy world by summoning a human hero. She finds Seiya, whose abilities are exceptional and whose caution is more exceptional. He trains before departure, buys excessive equipment, and treats weak monsters as potential strategic deception. Ristarte learns that competence can create its own administrative burden.
