BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.

A first-time VRMMO player who hates pain creates Maple and puts every stat point into defense, leaving her slow but extremely hard to damage.

Synopsis
The Anime Lad

Kaede tries a virtual-reality MMO at her friend's suggestion and names her character Maple. To avoid pain, she puts every available point into vitality. This makes her extremely durable, slow, and unable to use magic. Even a rabbit can trouble her. She has built a defensive specialist with the careful planning expected from someone who has never played before.

Super Eyepatch Fox

New to VRMMOs, Kaede builds Maple around one concern: avoiding pain. She invests every stat point in vitality and enters the game with enormous defense but little speed. Magic is unavailable and basic enemies remain awkward. The comedy begins with one sensible fear producing a deeply impractical character.

Gigguku

Maple sees a full character sheet and chooses DEFENSE for every point! It is a spectacularly literal solution to her fear of pain. She can absorb damage, but she moves slowly and cannot use magic. Even a rabbit becomes a problem. I love how one understandable preference creates a build no experienced player would recommend.

Father's Basement

The all-defense build makes obvious danger difficult to sustain, and the title has already announced the joke. Maple is at least a genuine novice. Invited into a VRMMO by a friend, she puts every point into vitality because pain sounds unpleasant. The choice leaves her slow and unable to use magic. That impractical tradeoff gives the power fantasy some comic friction from the start.
