College student Sakurai wants peace and quiet. His boisterous underclassman Uzaki considers this an incorrect use of free time. She wants to hang out and poke fun at him, while he would prefer fewer interruptions. Uzaki's campaign proceeds with the confidence of a person who has not requested scheduling approval.
