Teenagers known as the Talented attend a remote academy to prepare against the Enemies of Humanity. Most bring an extraordinary ability and the confidence appropriate to having one. A lone outlier has no innate power and must use intelligence instead. The school appears to have omitted that scenario from its standard orientation materials.
