This episodic school comedy treats idle conversations among three boys as launchpads for elaborate role-play, failed coolness, and aggressively ordinary nonsense.

Synopsis

The Anime Lad

Tadakuni, Hidenori, and Yoshitake attend an all-boys school and spend much of their free time inventing situations that collapse under minimal scrutiny. A casual prop can inspire a dramatic scenario, followed by embarrassment when reality resumes. The sketches are short and proudly low-stakes. It is a faithful record of teenagers possessing imagination but no useful assignment for it.

Super Eyepatch Fox

Follow three students through lunch breaks, walks home, and afternoons with nothing planned. They improvise games, rehearse social situations, and argue over ideas too trivial to survive outside the room. Short sketches let one foolish premise end before the next begins. The ordinary setting makes their sudden theatrical commitment even sharper.

Gigguku

These boys can turn free time and one stupid idea into a full production. The joke is their total commitment, especially when someone realizes how ridiculous the scene looks from outside. Every sketch captures that specific teenage skill of wasting an afternoon so intensely it starts feeling important. Their imaginations keep outrunning the ordinary school day!

Father's Basement

There is almost no narrative engine, and the limited presentation will not disguise that. Fortunately, the show treats aimless teenage conversation as usable raw material. The boys posture, improvise, and immediately undermine themselves. Sketches exit quickly when a premise is spent. It works best when the characters behave like friends entertaining themselves, not comedians waiting for applause.
