Sueharu believes award-winning student writer Shirokusa may return his feelings until he learns she has a boyfriend. His childhood friend Kuroha, who has openly told him she likes him, observes the disappointment and proposes revenge. The resulting strategy is being developed by teenagers with strong feelings and limited professional oversight.
