Akiteru Ooboshi considers fun, friendship, and romance a waste of time. Iroha Kohinata, his best friend’s younger sister, practically lives in his room and directs relentless teasing at him. He finds her uniquely annoying and continues participating in lengthy arguments about it. His efficiency policy requires substantial revision.
