A gamer falls asleep and wakes in another world wearing the weapons and armor of his game avatar. The equipment is powerful. The body underneath is a skeleton, which complicates his preference for a quiet life. An encounter with an elven warrior introduces a second complication. His face remains poorly suited to reassuring first impressions.

Sleep ends inside a fantasy game avatar. Armor holds. Weapons work. The body is entirely skeletal. Arc wants a quiet place in this unfamiliar world, but his appearance makes blending in difficult. Then an elven warrior crosses his path, and conflict moves within range of his oversized equipment.
