Mitsumi leaves the country for a prestigious Tokyo high school with plans to improve the world. She discovers that being prepared for her goals and being prepared for city life are separate qualifications. Shima, a sweet classmate, becomes her first friend. Her future remains carefully organized. The present has begun making independent arrangements.
