Haruka Sakura arrives at Furin High planning to fight his way to the top. The school has terrible academic branding and a surprising civic function, since its delinquents protect the town. Sakura finds this arrangement inconvenient. He came to prove his strength, while everyone around him keeps using that word for something broader than winning fights.
