Fate/strange Fake

A flawed imitation of the Holy Grail War erupts in an American city, gathering mages and legendary spirits around a ritual whose missing rules make every alliance unstable.

Synopsis
The Anime Lad

The American city of Snowfield hosts a copied version of the Holy Grail War, a ritual where mages summon legendary spirits to compete for a wish. The imitation contains missing pieces and irregular participants. Local authorities are involved. Mythology has entered municipal planning, and the permit appears to contain several consequential errors.

Super Eyepatch Fox

Snowfield becomes the site of an unauthorized Holy Grail War. Mages gather with summoned heroes, but the ritual lacks expected rules and produces impossible irregularities. The American setting expands the conflict across streets and institutions. Every participant enters a contest whose underlying system may be less reliable than advertised.

Gigguku

Fate/strange Fake takes the Grail War formula to America and gleefully breaks the machinery. Snowfield fills with magi and legendary figures who do not fit the expected pattern. The cast is huge, the magical displays are shameless, and every introduction feels like someone throwing a lit match into an already compromised ritual. CHAOS, professionally organized!

Father's Basement

Newcomers may feel buried beneath terminology, while returning viewers receive a parade of deliberate irregularities. The clutter has an organizing idea: this is a copied ritual whose errors matter. Snowfield becomes a pressure chamber where participants cannot fully trust the contest's rules. That uncertainty gives the familiar magical battle structure fresh danger.

In a Holy Grail War, Mages (Masters) and their Heroic Spirits (Servants) fight for the control of the Holy Grail, an omnipotent wish-granting device said to fulfill any desire. Years have passed since the end of the Fifth Holy Grail War in Japan.
