On her sixteenth birthday, Kobeni learns that her late grandfather arranged her engagement years ago. Hakuya, the quiet fiancé she barely remembers, promptly moves in with his young sister Mashiro. Kobeni's older sister Benio reacts with excessive interest. Breakfast has acquired several new tensions overnight.
