Suzuki is cheerful, outgoing, and committed to fitting in. She has also fallen for Tani, a quiet classmate who appears unconcerned with other people's expectations. Asking him out would require Suzuki to stop managing the room for several consecutive seconds. Her internal committee has not approved this.
