Kiss Him, Not Me

This romantic comedy follows an enthusiastic boys' love fan who suddenly attracts several classmates, while she remains far more interested in imagining the boys paired with one another.

Synopsis
The Anime Lad

Kae Serinuma is an avid boys' love fan who enjoys imagining romantic pairings between male classmates. When several students begin pursuing her instead, she receives the wrong version of an apparently desirable situation. Her suitors compete for attention. Kae keeps noticing how well they might look together, which does not simplify scheduling for anyone involved.

Super Eyepatch Fox

High school fan Kae would rather imagine romances between handsome boys than become the center of one. Several classmates nevertheless begin vying for her attention, creating a reverse harem whose lead keeps mentally rearranging the cast. Courtship collides with fandom enthusiasm as Kae resists the role everyone assumes she should want.

Gigguku

Kae gets surrounded by potential love interests and reacts like a casting director who sees better chemistry elsewhere! Her enthusiasm is enormous, specific, and impossible for the suitors to control. That reversal keeps the romantic competition bouncing in unexpected directions. She can appreciate the whole lineup while remaining hilariously unconvinced that she should be the final pairing.

Father's Basement

The inciting treatment of appearance deserves a firm warning label, and some jokes inherit ugly assumptions from it. Kae herself is the reason the comedy recovers. She has desires that do not neatly match the reverse-harem machinery assembled around her, and her fandom reframes every supposedly romantic gesture. The suitors must compete with a protagonist who keeps questioning the assignment.
