Synopsis
The Anime Lad

Thirteen-year-old Rachel wakes in the basement of an unfamiliar building with little sense of how she arrived. Its floors are controlled by dangerous residents, including Zack, a bandaged man carrying a large scythe and limited patience. Rachel and Zack form an uneasy pact to find a way out together. The building's orientation program is mostly threats.

Super Eyepatch Fox

Rachel wakes alone beneath a sealed building. Each floor belongs to someone dangerous. Zack, a bandaged fugitive with a scythe, initially looks like another obstacle, but their needs align enough for a brittle escape pact. She observes. He charges. The elevator only leads to the next hostile arrangement.

Gigguku

Angels of Death pairs the quietest girl in the building with the loudest possible scythe man, then makes them cooperate through floor after floor of horror puzzles! Rachel's eerie calm clashes with Zack's explosive impatience in every hallway. The setup has pure adventure-game energy, complete with locked rooms and hostile hosts, but the duo's strange negotiation is what keeps pulling you upward.

Father's Basement

You can often feel the source game's rooms underneath the adaptation, especially when characters explain their intentions too neatly. The central mismatch still works. Rachel wakes trapped in a building divided into dangerous floors, while Zack is a volatile resident who also wants out. Their pact joins careful observation to brute force, giving the escape structure a useful argument in every corridor.

13-year old Rachel awakens to find herself trapped in the basement of an abandoned building. Without any memories, or even a clue as to where she could be, she wanders the building, lost and dizzy.
