Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt looked like a Western cartoon, sounded like a nightclub, and split viewers straight down the middle. Princess Jellyfish found a smaller but fiercely loyal audience, Bakuman. made manga deadlines compelling, and And Yet the Town Moves slowly grew into the season's overlooked comedy pick.
