CG anime wins one

Land of the Lustrous changed plenty of minds about CG television anime, with Orange's crystalline bodies doing things flat animation couldn't easily copy. Girls' Last Tour found warmth inside an empty world, and March Comes in Like a Lion delivered the season's most fiercely discussed human drama.
