An all-timer spring

Monster brought Naoki Urasawa's slow-burn thriller to television with uncommon patience, then Samurai Champloo arrived swinging to hip-hop. Initial D 4th Stage kept the racing crowd fed, making this one of those seasons whose headline shows barely competed for the same audience.
