Akira Ono works for a company that manages an online game and often plays as its Demon Lord character. One login places him inside a fantasy world in that avatar's body. The locals see a dangerous ruler. Akira sees unfamiliar systems and applies the administrative instincts available to him.

Super Eyepatch Fox

A working adult logs into the game he helps manage and awakens in another world as its imposing Demon Lord. His avatar is powerful, but the fantasy setting is unfamiliar. After meeting a vulnerable local girl, he begins navigating threats with game knowledge and managerial problem-solving.

Gigguku

Akira goes from managing an online game to inhabiting its intimidating Demon Lord, then lands in a fantasy world that treats the character as completely real. His solution to chaos is management. Watching corporate problem-solving collide with magic and frightened locals gives the isekai premise a wonderfully strange flavor!
