Synopsis

The Anime Lad

Daisuke Kambe joins a modest police unit with investigative instincts and a family fortune capable of altering traffic patterns. Haru Kato, his assigned partner, prefers methods that acknowledge property damage and human dignity. Their cases become workplace disputes about whether unlimited resources count as sound procedure. The answer generally arrives attached to a very large bill.
