Super Eyepatch Fox
After becoming homeless, Koushi receives an offer from a women's college dormitory. He can live there if he serves as its caretaker and keeps the unruly residents in line. Stable shelter comes attached to a demanding job inside an unfamiliar household. The comedy follows his attempts to impose order where very little exists.
Gigguku
Koushi desperately needs food and a place to stay, then the Goddess' Dormitory offers both with one gigantic condition. He has to become caretaker for its most unruly college students! His new title sounds respectable, but the household has no interest in behaving normally. Every attempt at discipline is ready to become complete chaos!
Father's Basement
The premise openly builds toward ecchi embarrassment, and the women's dormitory arrangement is hardly subtle. Its clearest grounding is Koushi's immediate need for shelter. He accepts responsibility for an unruly household because the job gives him somewhere to live. That practical exchange keeps the broad comedy tied to a concrete problem.
