Koushi is homeless, unemployed, and searching for food when a chance meeting brings him to a women's college dormitory. The residents offer him a roof if he becomes their Dormitory Mother and maintains order. The arrangement solves his immediate housing problem. It also places him in charge of students known for being unusually difficult to manage.

The premise openly builds toward ecchi embarrassment, and the women's dormitory arrangement is hardly subtle. Its clearest grounding is Koushi's immediate need for shelter. He accepts responsibility for an unruly household because the job gives him somewhere to live. That practical exchange keeps the broad comedy tied to a concrete problem.
