The Anime Lad
In 1966, reserved honor student Kaoru moves to Kyushu and begins another unfamiliar school. His new classmate Sentaro is loud and reputedly troublesome. Jazz reveals a more useful point of contact between them. Two boys who seem built to avoid understanding each other discover that playing music together makes communication somewhat less impossible.
