Guri makes one mistake in a magical notebook and Seiji's ordinary crush explodes into supernatural romantic anarchy. The Kiss Note can create couples, but it cannot make its cupid behave sensibly. Seiji only wants a normal relationship, and the premise immediately replaces that wish with urgent rules and reckless magical interference!

The characters communicate at maximum volume, and the aggressive jokes can become exhausting quickly. The Kiss Note remains a productive device. It turns romance into badly managed supernatural administration, where Guri can interfere with relationships without understanding them. Seiji's desire for something ordinary gives the escalating premise a necessary target.
