Synopsis

Light Yagami finds a notebook with instructions for killing anyone whose face and name he knows. He tests it and confirms the documentation. Then he appoints himself global justice department. A bored death god watches from his bedroom. Police notice the pattern. The world's most secretive detective announces that the killings have become an investigation.
