Staz rules a district in the demon world, though the daily work of vampirism interests him less than games and manga from Japan. A human girl named Fuyumi wanders into his territory, becoming his first direct connection to the culture he studies obsessively. Their meeting is quickly complicated by supernatural trouble. Management must now leave the apartment.

Staz is a powerful vampire and a negligent territory boss. Japanese pop culture commands more attention than blood or status. When Fuyumi accidentally enters the demon world, fascination pulls him into a problem larger than routine turf disputes. Action and fandom parody share the same streets, with Staz switching between frightening competence and embarrassing enthusiasm.
Gigguku
Staz has all the power expected of a demon boss and uses most of his attention on manga imports! Then an actual Japanese human appears in his district, and his cool facade evaporates at record speed. That collision drives the whole opening. He can flatten a threat one moment and embarrass himself over fandom the next, which gives the supernatural action a loose, cocky comic rhythm.
Father's Basement
Some otaku references function like labels where jokes should be, and Fuyumi's introduction gives her less agency than Staz. Even so, the lead is a strong comic contradiction. He has real authority in a dangerous demon district but treats leadership as an interruption to his hobbies. When a human visitor creates a crisis, his reluctant involvement lets the show parody power fantasies from inside one.
